Meet the founder
Byron S.
Founder & Principal Architect · Miami, Florida
Before Flowstream, Byron was a director of operations for companies in the United States and Canada. That’s where he learned how decisions really get made, and how work moves, or stalls, between departments. He holds a degree in business administration and an MBA, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement and project management.
For more than five years he has consulted independently, helping nearly 70 businesses, many of them founders who had struggled to find the right partner, build and adopt their systems on ClickUp, Monday.com and HubSpot. Flowstream, founded in 2026, is how we scale that work: a team of certified professionals trained to deliver it the same way.
Outside work, his life is his family. He loves to travel, and over the past few years the work has taken him across Europe and Asia.
